Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Fashion

You’re an expert leading and coordinating online media projects and in acting as a consultant to the client. You’re responsible for guiding online media strategies and cooperate with an international high-profile client. You are keen to drive acquisition, activation and retention across all digital channels.

Requirements

• You will work at eye level with a Social Media Manager and a Designer/Content Creator as core team members to drive channel growth, creativity, and performance in a holistic way.
• You have excellent online media understanding to provide strategic guidance and achieve exceptional, innovative results that meet the business goals of our clients.
• You bring motivation to further develop the online media management service.
• You will be responsible for leading and coordinating online media projects from concept to execution.
• You will create fully connected & integrated campaign funnels to generate leads and customers.
• You analyze the performance of channels, combine your findings with data from other sources and generate insights for the clients.
• You have significant client services expertise to consult them in terms of campaign design, budgeting and execution.
• You have the ability to articulate strategic and persuasive plans to guide potential brand partners on comprehensive goals, activation concepts, and additional value propositions.
• You have strong experience in developing, executing and optimizing Google Ads, Paid Social campaigns and media bookings.
• You feel comfortable with leading workshops, presenting strategies and pitching ideas to existing and potential brand partners.
• You have strong digital media planning knowledge.
• You bring a passion for media insights and outstanding online campaigns.
• Hands-on mentality and the motivation to support team members on specific challenges.
• You are a team player with the ability to work on your own.
• You have 3-5 years of agency and digital marketing management experience.
• Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus.
