Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Research & Development (R&D) liaison acting Manufacturing Presales to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our products, from concept through production and post-launch support. This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, R&D processes, and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:Hybrid Role

1. Product Management with R&D liaison : 50% Role and Responsibility
   1. Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
      1. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch.
      2. Collaborate with R&D to define product specifications and ensure alignment with market needs.
      3. Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.
   2. Market and Competitive Analysis:
      1. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
      2. Analyze competitive products and market positioning to inform product strategy.
      3. Develop detailed product requirements and specifications based on market analysis.
   3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      1. Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
      2. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
   4. Customer Engagement:
      1. Engage with key customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements.
      2. Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
      3. Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
   5. Quality Assurance:
      1. Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
      2. Work with the quality assurance team to develop testing protocols and quality control measures.
2. Manufacturing Presales : 50 % Role and Responsibility
   1. Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process.
   2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
   3. Assist in the development of sales materials, including technical specifications, product datasheets, and customer proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on R&D and manufacturing as presales.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development projects.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of R&D and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
