We're currently seeking a Field Collections Agent who will be responsible for traveling around the New Orleans area by providing outstanding service to our customers. Reporting directly to our Retention Manager, the Field Collections Agent will play a critical role in advising and influencing customers on the payment options for debt recovery, and ensuring compliance with company policies in a professional manner. This position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package:

• Hourly rate up to $19 hourly + Commission Incentive Potential
