Accounting and Financial Control Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting and Financial Control Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and financial management, supporting our efforts to optimize financial processes and prepare for our Series B funding round.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Close Tracking
   • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
   • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the Netsuite system.
2. Billing Management
   • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
   • Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies.
3. Accounting Management
   • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
   • Support daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction recording.
4. Cash Collection Management
   • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
   • Implement strategies to improve cash collection efficiency.
   • Contribute to the development of our product by providing feedback and insights based on cash collection processes.
