Assistant Accountant

To support the Accountant for French holding companies with posting journals and ad hoc accounting calculations.

To track Hary Participation purchases through the approval process to payment.

Activity

- Assist the Senior Accountant for France with various accounting tasks as required

- Ensure all Hary Participations purchases are correctly authorized and the invoices are matched and entered to Sage accounting system promptly

- Assist the Senior Accountant for France in the production of monthly and annual financial accounting for French companies

- Participate in the upgrade of current Sage system and new Purchasing module

- Fixed asset recording and management.

Requirements

Professional Background

· Baccalaureat

· Formation en comptabilité

Skills & Abilities

· Good Excel skills.

· Experience with Sage X3 desirable.

· Adaptable, able to work well in a growth environment.

· Fluent French, some English would be desirable.
