  • Maintain employee records and information.
  • Assist with strategic and operational talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a similar role organising recruitment activities including scheduling interviews; candidate phone screening; candidate shortlisting; and administrative duties
  • Proficient in navigating and managing various systems e.g., ATS, MS Office Suite (Workable would be a bonus) to maintain accurate records and process efficiency.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and collaborate with senior stakeholders to coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
  • Experience with onboarding and pre-employment checks would be advantageous.
  • Solution focused mindset with exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

This role would be ideal for someone with a curious mindset and a passion for professional development in talent acquisition. You will enjoy being able to promote our values, mission, and embrace a diversity of thought in how you work.
