Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Squiz is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist during a busy period (Ideally available in the next 1-2 weeks). The Talent Acquisition function is key to Squiz attracting and securing top talent. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with experience in a technology focused talent acquisition function. A well organised individual with a real sense of urgency and an eye for detail would be IDEAL.

Oh and a sense of humor PLEASE...we have to have fun whilst we deliver results!!!

You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead supporting the delivery of a number of technology focused roles. You will be joining an established Talent Acquisition function and be given an opportunity to learn and grow even in this short term assignment (which has a strong chance of extension based on the pipeline of work).

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Coordinate interviews and help keep momentum through the hiring process - updating/driving both candidate and hiring managers
• Foster productive and trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams
