About The Role
Reporting directly to our Area VP (AVP), Client Sales, our Commercial RVP, Client Sales will be an experienced leader with the ability to creatively motivate and help our Commercial Client Sales team exceed their revenue targets. In this high-visibility role, you will be instrumental in growing Dialpad’s Commercial clients, being an executive sponsor on expansion opportunities, and relaying critical feedback to our Product teams.
This role requires 2 days every week in our downtown Austin, TX office.
What you’ll do
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high performing Commercial Client Account Executives (CAEs) to expand the Dialpad footprint within their book of business
- Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring executive alignment, sales leadership and strategic support
- Oversee pipeline creation, pipeline management, and sales process efforts
- Create, experiment and implement new ways of engaging with Dialpad clients to increase win rates and provide an amazing customer experience
