• Translate goals into team priorities and respond to production needs.
• Assist Manager with production flow, staffing schedule and resources to budget and plan.
• Communicate and monitor key operational metrics.
• Ensure best practices and standard operating procedures are being followed by conducting frequent business audits.
• Follow the Employee Handbook; obtain approval from the production manager for any exceptions.
• Ensure that all reports follow the Standard Operating Conditions and training instructions.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to resolve problems and develop improved manufacturing processes.
• Provide leadership for team-based continuous improvement projects.
• Make efforts to reduce manufacturing waste and process complexity.
• Assist as needed with maintaining all timekeeping, overtime and vacation records and schedules.party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives.
Requirements
-Fluent in English, conversational.
-Experience with applying six sigma and lean manufacturing methods & tools preferred.
-Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, mechatronic, electric, mechanical o related career.
-0 -1 years of related experience.
-Highly motivated and creative thinker
-Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
-Good facilitation, customer service, relationship building and communication skills.
-Detail oriented; strong analytical skills & organizational skills.
