Senior Director of Product Marketing

As the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively drive increased sales velocity of the MicroStrategy ONE platform within target markets. Reporting to the VP of Go-to-Market Strategy, this role will manage a small team of product marketing managers and will serve as a subject matter expert of the MicroStrategy ONE platform as well as of the needs of Enterprise buying teams.

Together with the team and a wide range of internal stakeholders, you will:

• Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and product videos.
• Maintain regular cadence of communication with field facing leadership and develop and prioritize comprehensive plans for team deliverables.
• Act as a subject matter expert supporting other marketing teams to deliver content such as webpages, blogs, and PR.
• Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with PR, sales enablement, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategy.
• Manage and mentor a team of product marketing managers, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing or STEM-related major.
• 10 years’ experience in B2B product marketing, including 3 years of experience leading the PMM function.
• Certification in Product Marketing via Pragmatic Institute or other recognized program is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills with a variety of audiences, including technical, sales, and executives.
• Strong writing skills, including experience crafting compelling messaging for GTM teams.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to both plan and execute against quarterly goals.
• Experience leading and coaching others.
