Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks a highly experienced System Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado to lead the Mission Management System - Mission Planning team and guide the development of mission critical software and system solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Lead others to evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.
