Senior Workspace Engineer

As a Senior Workspace Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the transformation of the Desktop computing environment. This position has an emphasis on architecture and design for our Windows, Mac, and Virtual Desktop environments. The ability to establish processes and automate solutions are key functions for these platforms. The Desktop Engineer also participates in the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistency with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate can demonstrate breadth of knowledge across multiple areas of information technology.

Essential Job Functions:

• Propose, design, and implement enhancements and additions to current environment.
• Development and deployment of unattended operating system installations for workstations/desktops/laptops for both Mac and Windows. Requires strong knowledge of both JAMF and Intune.
• Create documentation of technical designs and defining the knowledgebase of the infrastructure.
