As Fastmarkets continues to develop in order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Director of Customer Success who is able to evolve the division to ensure its best in class and fit for purpose for the coming years. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business and department and we are looking for an individual who can capitalise on these opportunities to transform & advance the team

Principal Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of the transformation programme to develop and evolve the department to ensure we have the structure, resources and processes required to support our commercial teams in our impressive growth ambitions
  • Assess the existing team members, determining if they’re in the right roles to help us achieve our ambitious goals
  • Restructure & hire where required so that we are set up for continued success
  • Lead, manage and inspire. The department currently consists of 3 teams:
    • Adoption – The team is responsible for delivering customer programmes & journeys to push adoption across all our account types – focusing on key topics such as: first year churn, platform complexity, migrations, new products to market, and scalable va...
