As Fastmarkets continues to develop in order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Head of Customer Success who is able to evolve the team to ensure its best in class and fit for purpose for the coming years. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business and department and we are looking for an individual who can capitalise on these opportunities to transform & advance the team
This person will already be a proven leader, with a passion for customer experience and an aptitude to excel in a rapidly growing, global business with a widely varying customer base.
Principal Accountabilities
- Play an integral role in transformation programme to develop and evolve the team to ensure we have the structure, resources and processes required to support our commercial teams in our impressive growth ambitions
- Assess the existing team members, determining if they’re in the right roles to help us achieve our ambitious goals
- Restructure & hire where required so that we are set up for continued success
