Production System Engineer

• Monitoring of action plans to achieve the objectives at the BPS (Bosch production system) maturity level in the plant

• Definition, development and implementation of standards for BPS elements throughout the value chain.

• Definition and implementation of mechanisms to regularly carry out process confirmation of the Implemented standards processes

• Development of the documentation required within the plant's Quality System, referring to BPS elements

• Development of training material for on-site sessions, in accordance with the standards of training department

• Instructor of BPS training or related topics, and moderator of workshops

• Coordination of the implementation of specific BPS elements, such as: 5S's, Supply of material at the point of use (online component supermarkets and flow internal material), Improvement suggestion program, BPS Training Center, Visual Administrationand Daily Leadership Routines

• Support in the development of the supply chain in the plant (inventories, lead time)

Requirements

"Education: Engineering degree
Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools, intermediate Microsoft Office and skills for moderation and to work in front of groups. Preferrable projects management and logistics
