About the Role

Responsible to lead, drive and implement strategic alliances initiatives to support business priorities. The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits via various engagement and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive and implement AIA Hong Kong and Macau sponsorship initiatives, as assigned.
• Plan, localise and activate AIA’s group sponsorship assets, as assigned.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain strategic alliance partners to achieve business goal. Maintain and deepen the relationships with strategic partners for mutual benefits and business results
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to craft and implement campaigns / programmes to improve business benefits with a coordinated marketing approach, as well as achieve the company’s distribution, product and financial objectives.
• Closely coordinate with all levels of internal customers, including distribution channels, finance, compliance, legal, administration, operation etc. and facilitate the project implementation. Supervise risk profile to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, if any.
• Collaborate closely with production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review business performances with strategic alliance partners on a regular basis and proactively improve performance and ensure required results are met.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably with sponsorship/ liaison experience
• Existing network of alliances contacts
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Digital/social media savvy
