**Your mission

Support strategy formulation, budgeting and forecasting process, as well as follow-up, analysis and reporting activities for the entrusted scope within Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics’ subsidiary, and in compliance with the Group’s standards and procedures.

Work as a finance business partner for Marketing & Commercial Dept:

• Supporting on budget, forecast and Strategic Plan process;
• analysing Gross Margin and the operational expense variances
• defining contingency plan in case of risks on profitability
• continuously monitoring the evolution of business in order to forecast the financial impact of commercial activity;
• coordinate monthly Brand review meeting for the brands in scope
• monitor marketing programs and their return on investment

**Who you are ?

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Elaborate budget, estimates and plan for the entrusted scope of activity in close contact with the involved local managers and with CFO.
• Ensure budget oversight and monthly closing report elaboration, in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures.
• Develop occasional or regular analyses and syntheses for the subsidiary’s management and/or head-quarter.
• Continuously monitor profitability to ensure sustainability within budgets, and continuously monitor costs to highlight to management any possible cost overrun that might be identified.
• Identify preventive and reactive actions to protect IBT for the Brand under responsibility.
• Monitor promotional expenses and support investment decisions with budgetary considerations and in a resource allocation concept.
