Data Integrity Apprentice will support learning by providing opportunities to use tools and techniques for data management, visualisation and reporting, including Microsoft 365 and HR Systems.

Fixed term contract of 15 months

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (Hybrid)

Salary: £16,000 per annum

Key Duties of a Data Integrity Apprentice:

  • Represent the Company & values of the business, portraying a professional and business-like image
  • Support the development of training materials and documentation
  • Support Users of the system with queries and requests
  • Support OneHR project Team – Data for upcoming waves / implementation
  • Maintain processes and workflows
  • Undertake other projects as identified in the course of your work
  • Support data entry standards and best practices
  • Support with the creation of “data” guides, enabling HRSS and HR Community to follow data management principles.
  • Ensure the integrity of data through being able to effectively validate, cleanse and resolve data quality issues to provide accurate business intelligence
  • Present data in a variety of formats to reach your targeted audience, provide results and showcase insights which will help to make evidence-based decisions

Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths, grade c or above required
  • Data Technician level 3 Apprenticeship programme will need to be completed as part of the apprenticeship.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Demonstrating prioritisation skills to effectively handle workload.
  • Proficient in utilizing HRIS systems and related tools (SAP)
  • Confident in working with standard office software such as Microsoft Office and have strong skills in Excel and Word
  • Flexible and methodical approach to work and training
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Familiar with topics such as best practices, privacy/GDPR, collect, store, use and destroy data ethically, following business policies, processes and legislation.
  • Strong organisation skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
