Full-Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular to join our team responsible for building integrated solutions for Microsoft Office users.

Our Microsoft Office add-in gives Refinitiv Workspace users an unmatched financial data and intuitive UIs to make thoughtful decisions in daily business.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on requirements
• Develop software using well-adapted software development principles and lead and coach the team on the same
• Build unit tests and integration tests to ensure software meets requirements
• Reuse existing systems that drive sophisticated applications
• Ensures responsiveness for applications and services
• Identify and resolve performance and stability issues
• Handle individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX team, and Software Engineers to deliver an outstanding product
• Work closely with the Quality Engineering team to ensure the high quality of the deliverables
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience in TypeScript and Node.js
• Proven technical background with understanding of programming styles, frameworks, design patterns and unit testing
• Strong experience in CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, automation (testing/deployment)
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details

Desired Skills

• Experience with Angular
• Experienced with Agile methodologies, Scrum
• Experience in Office.js
• Familiar with RESTful interfaces
