Reporting to HR Systems and Data Integrity Manager, the Data Integrity Analyst will play a key part of the role is to support with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, the Culina Group HR solution.

Activities include, but not limited to, the collation of data from stakeholders, cleansing and transforming data and uploading data templates into the SAP SuccessFactors.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week (Hybrid)

Key Duties of a Data Integrity Analyst:

  • Develop and implement data integrity and quality assurance protocols
  • Establish and enforce data entry standards and best practices
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Develop training materials and documentation
  • Evaluate the data procedures to ensure data is complete, accurate, insightful, and of value
  • Review HR processes and procedures to ensure the information is accurate
  • Support OneHR Project Team – collation and transformation of data to support deployment of SAP SuccessFactors across all legal entities within the group.
  • Develop processes maps for data integrity activities to support adherence to consistent ways of working and compliance with group audit principle.
  • Facilitation of training and expectations – every quarter – teams / face to face

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Demonstrating prioritisation skills to effectively handle workload
  • Proficient in utilizing HRIS systems and related tools (SAP)
  • Proven experience in HR systems administration and data management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
  • Solution focused, with a proactive approach and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Highly confident in working with standard office software such as Microsoft Office and have strong skills in Excel and Word, with experiences of MS Project and MS Visio
  • Work with Stakeholders within the HR Community to support with cyclical activity such as pay reviews
  • Familiar with topics such as best practices, privacy/GDPR, collect, store, use and destroy data ethically, following business policies, processes and legislation
