The Engineered Systems Sales Director will work hand in hand with the current Sales Director and be ultimately responsible for the role, implementing the Company’s Sales strategy and business development activities across the entire Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, managing the entire sales team (of about 10 individuals), meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for Products, Projects and Services business units, with emphasis on value selling of the VWTS technologies and solutions, securing and negotiating contracts with clients and ensuring clients’ satisfaction. The individual must have a successful track record of managing sales teams and meeting / exceeding sales targets.
