The Role

We're looking for a part-time sourcing intern to join the People team. This is 10-15 hours per week, paid hourly. The perfect role to fit around your studies and gain valuable insight and experience in the tech world.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospect candidates from searching on Linkedin/Welcome to the Jungle/WellFound for different open roles at Cryptio.
• Distinguish strong prospects based on the company’s ideal candidate profile to build high quality lists - experience, job title, location.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to achieve weekly outreach targets.

Skills

• No prior experience required, but a passion and understanding for recruitment and the crypto space is desired.
• A high level understanding of candidate sourcing and the importance to our overall success.
• Desire to learn about the space and how we operate internally to drive revenue.

Summary

• You must be within your first or second year of studies at university.
• You will receive an employment contract for either 10 / 15 hours per week.
• We will pay you hourly, £12 per hour.
