Accuracy checking for all sales orders that have come through to the business

Keep forward invoice request up to date at all times by processing orders promptly

Run reports to ensure accurate internal financial reporting of revenue

To be the 'gate keeper' for invoice requests ensuring 100% accuracy and clarity

A thorough understanding of all sales support systems relevant to your role

Liaise with Accounts Receivable team on all issues regarding invoice queries, accounts on stop, processing credits and re-invoices when required.

A thorough understanding of the statutory VAT and local billing requirements in various countries across EMEA - UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Kenya, Dubai and Tanzania

Check billing details for all clients are accurate to ensure payment of invoices

Organising and maintaining efficient filing systems for your requests and approval

Assist on ad-hoc projects and events as requested

Working with external customers, financial analysts, sale teams and project managers to resolve issues related to billing
