Project Manager

! This role lasts initially for nine months with expected extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop & Manage comprehensive Project Plan, also create & maintain detailed project plans for the S360 and Chatbot implementations within the next month.

• Ensure that all project milestones are achieved on or before the scheduled dates.

• Monitor project progress regularly and adjust as necessary to stay on track.

• Conduct Status Updates and Feedback Sessions & ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction

• Gather and act on feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve communication and project management processes.

• Optimize Resource Allocation, where maintain a 98% efficiency rate in the allocation and utilization of business resources

• Monitor resource usage and adjust to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Address Resource Issues Promptly & coordinate following activities as per project plan

• Create persona mappings, define scopes of activities per persona, and draft formal URS lists.

• Review data mapping by process, including all rules definitions and workflows.

• Conduct informal testing and bug fixing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience as project manager

• Necessary S360 expertise (experience with Chatbot environment are nice to have)

• Demonstrated experience using established project management methodologies and tools to develop and execute project plans including, work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, project scope

• Strong analytical ability and knowledge of IT project and portfolio management processes; experience managing project finances/budget

• Flexible and strong leader with an ability to inspire; self-motivated;

• Broad understanding of the landscape, with the ability to go deep into the details,

• Solution oriented; ability to think critically and to provide thoughtful and innovate solutions to proactively address issues and problems as they arise

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational and planning skills

• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
