About You:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead the daily supply chain activities at Nutrafol. This role will be responsible for managing days of inventory across all fulfillment centers, contract manufacturers, and other supply chain nodes. This role entails delivering on cost-saving goals, managing OTIF (on-time and in-full) performance, and managing our Material Resource Plan (MRP). A detailed knowledge of the nutraceutical marketplace for raw materials, packaging items, 3rd party vendors, and contract manufactures is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process from vendor management, production, logistics, supply planning, and inventory planning.
- Maintain accuracy of data for all supply chain related metrics (OTIF, Days of Inventory, logistics efficiency, etc) and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the logistics of new product launches and product expansions, working alongside many cross-functional teams such as sourcing, procurement, product development, and Quality & Regulatory.
