MISSION:

We are seeking a Franchise Business Development Manager to enhance and grow our franchisees' businesses in alignment with our franchisor strategy and goals. This role focuses on ensuring the success and sustainability of our franchisees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Franchisee Business Plans: Create, track, and contribute to the business plans of assigned franchisees, ensuring their satisfaction with the franchise offer and their long-term sustainability.
  • Develop and Execute Action Plans: Work with franchisees to create and implement various action plans, including service range offers, communication strategies, training programs, and online approaches. Manage the business development fund for assigned franchisees.
  • Ensure Compliance with Standards: Ensure that stores comply with Minimum Performance Standards, including service range and capabilities, customer service, facilities, NPS (Net Promoter Score), online presence, brand policy, and service standards.
  • Boost Traffic and Conversion: Plan, contribute to, and track actions to generate store traffic (online, fleets, marketing, CRM) and improve conversion performance at stores.
  • Manage Franchise Royalty Fees: Ensure timely collection of franchise royalty fees and prepare benefit cards showing fees paid by franchisees versus value delivered.
  • Monitor Franchisee Performance: Collect and report franchisee business performance data in a timely manner.
  • Support IS/IT Tool Implementation: Assist franchisees in correctly implementing and using defined IS/IT tools for the network.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support franchisees and business development activities.
