**ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

As a **Senior Sustainability Content Manager (maternity cover)**within our Sustainability and D&I team, you will be responsible for customer-facing content in the digital experiences around sustainability on Zalando. Your joint mission is to empower our 50+ million customers to live their environmental and social values while expressing themselves through fashion. You will act as an internal creative agency for sustainability, identifying and developing opportunities for stories and campaigns that drive engagement and brand love. Using your excellent stakeholder management skills, you will collaborate closely with Creative teams and Marketing, that engages with authentic sustainability communication and customer relevance. The role is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity where you will combine your creative talent with business development savviness to solve bigger challenges for Zalando and our customers.

• Act as an internal creative agency for sustainability

• Dive deep into the topic of sustainability in fashion and uncover relevant and credible messages for customers
• Find business opportunities and engage relevant decision makers across departments to amp up customer sustainability awareness.

• You have a talent for writing engaging and relevant content and an eye for exciting visual communication
• You have experience in the creative, marketing and/or fashion industry
• You know how to lead projects across teams and multiple business areas
