Business Development Coordinator

Business Development

To strengthen our German Business Development team, we are currently looking for a Business Development employee (m/f/d) in Warsaw (Poland) starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and conducting market analysis and research.
• Developing proposals and presentations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, deadlines, pricing, and overall proposal design.
• Handling administrative responsibilities within the German Marketing and Business Development team.
• Managing and updating the internal knowledge database.
• Coordinating various business development initiatives in partnership with our practice groups (campaigns, research, etc.).
• Collaborating with MBD colleagues and teams at the European level.

Requirements

• University degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing and/or Business Development.
• Prior experience in professional services firms (law firm, consulting firm, agency) is desirable.
• Excellent language skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Word).
• Reliability and good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously.
• Independent and proactive work approach with attention to detail.
