Leverage expertise in cyber operations and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly within the context of large-scale software development programs. Assume responsibility for defining and prioritizing user stories, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives and operational requirements. Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Agile processes, manage and execute backlog refining sessions for sprint teams, and provide recommendations based on metrics evaluated. Work with the client for backlog grooming, including prioritization. Ensure prioritization of features and capabilities with the customer to ensure higher priority items are identified and implemented first. Serve the client and Scrum teams by guiding the team on how to use Agile processes. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
