What you’ll do
The Real Estate Market Analysis team supports the Real Estate group by providing insight, analytics and data in support of Real Estate capital investment decisions. Using a unique set of analytical tools and data, the GIS Analyst is responsible to create long term market plans, sales forecasts, cannibalization estimates, and demographic analysis to support recommendations for the best use of capital across the store network. Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate Market Analysis, the GIS Analyst will provide support to regional development teams as required while also working collaboratively with other members of the RE Market Analysis team & Geospatial Data & Analytics to develop new tools and models in support of the above functions.
- Assist in the creation of national, regional and market specific long term real estate strategies by incorporating current and future store performance, long term demographic and macro-economic forecasts, future residential developments and long term changes to the physical retail landscape
