What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years of APAC Sales experience
  • Must have proven track record of success in achieving quota as a direct sales individual contributor.
  • Solutions oriented mindset and skilled in prospecting into new clients and new buyers

Nice to Have:

  • BPO, Staff Leasing or relevant sales experience a plus.
  • Experience selling RPO services a plus.
  • Experience using CRM and various sales applications.

What will you do?

  • Follow-up with marketing provided client leads in a timely manner.
  • Populates and maintains a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.
  • Reviewing website traffic and contacting prospective clients.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
  • Develop understanding of resource requirements for specific industry verticals.
  • Develop understanding on ConnectOS value add services and able to express to prospect clients.
  • Remains current to market trends and competitor offerings
  • Provides regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges.
