Schedule: Monday- Friday (Flexible Schedule, 10-15 hrs/week)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (+3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Drive, Sheets).
- Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and perform research.
- Experience with design and video is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Project Management skills
What will you do?
- You will be looking after the accounts of two people on different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and possibly TikTok.
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to engage and grow our social media following.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy current.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Create and curate visually appealing images, videos, and graphics.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
- Oversee the creation and publishing of original, high-quality content.
- Foster positive interactions with our online community while addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
