Social Media Manager

Schedule: Monday- Friday (Flexible Schedule, 10-15 hrs/week)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (+3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Drive, Sheets).
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and perform research.
• Experience with design and video is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Project Management skills

What will you do?

• You will be looking after the accounts of two people on different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and possibly TikTok.
• Identify target audiences and create strategies to engage and grow our social media following.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy current.
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
• Generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms.
• Create and curate visually appealing images, videos, and graphics.
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
• Oversee the creation and publishing of original, high-quality content.
• Foster positive interactions with our online community while addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
