What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3-5 years experience in a local or multinational company handling corporate communications
- Handled projects from Communications Plan to Execution.
- Knowledge of internal communications, crisis communications, project management, brand systems, industry affairs and executive communications is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in employee engagement or events is a plus
What will you do?
- Write, edit, and proofread various communications content, including executive messages and presentation decks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s tone, style, and branding guidelines
- Drive key communication initiatives and maintain internal communication channels such as email newsletters, intranet, digital screens, videos, etc.
- Collaborate with the engagement lead and other teams to nurture a strong internal culture
- Support internal and external events from a communications perspective
- Manage processes with proper controls and documentation for all projects
- Plan and roll out company-wide campaigns and special projects that supports the company’s mission, vision and strategies
- Develop content for leadership town halls and road shows in collaboration with senior stakeholders, marketing and communications team, and other colleagues
- Support Marketing and Communications initiatives and serve as back-up for other team members
- Project management of key projects assigned
