Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 PM - 05:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant role for a minimum of 3 years is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to Detail/Process with strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Proficient in various Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with Canva and Smartsheet is a valuable asset, and training will be provided if necessary.

What will you do?

  • Assistance with departmental operations and completing day-to-day administrative functions, such as coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars.
  • Schedule and organize departmental meeting activities, such as research vendors, order supplies, meals, etc.
  • Conduct research and compile data for executive review and decision-making.
  • Process expense reports and mileage reimbursement forms and overseeing executive documents and reports.
  • Drafting, editing, and proofreading presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, compile itinerary and distribute efficiently.
  • Attend to adhoc personal tasks including, but not limited to insurance billing, restaurant reservations, Dr. appointments.
  • Oversee social media representation for various individuals and pages.
  • Effectively capture meeting notes and action items.
