Who are we?
As part of the broader Home Buying team, Third Party Banking is a dedicated sales and service support channel for the mortgage business placed with CommBank, via mortgage brokers. This team is a focused sales force with intensive calling programs, designed to ensure that CommBank product is front of mind when brokers are dealing with existing and prospective clients.
Do work that matters
In this role you’ll be responsible for driving profitable business by providing strong relationship and sales support management to a client base of brokers and advisers in the promotion of CommBank home loans and banking products for the Group.
More specifically you will:
- Develop effective relationships with new and existing brokers (office based role)
- Ensure the provision of consistently accurate technical, loan structuring and policy support to brokers to maximise sales outcomes and identify training and development issues
- Drive the continuous improvement of brokers’ knowledge and service standards to maximise sales activity
