Sales Ops Customer Finance Project Manager

The Project Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Customer Finance Operations Director and in dotted line to the Customer Finance Product Director.

She/he will address three types of projects:

1. Deploying Customer Finance products Go-to-Market strategies Gather insights from Sales team to make recommendations and support Product Managers in their Product launch strategies Actively take part in rolling-out Ops Product Go-to-Market strategy: prepare training materials, communication Conduct Ops Product hypercare phase Report on Ops Product deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.)

2. Working on continuous improvement Develop relationships and work with Sales, Ops teams and other stakeholders to identify process & products optimization opportunities Prepare & present improvement business case to the Customer Finance Director Project manage timely implementation
