Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

As a PMO, you will support the SVP and executive team to enhance efficiency in time management, information dissemination, and decision-making processes. You will foster leadership team dynamics, facilitate communication across teams, and build engagement. You will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects, acting as a transversal facilitator at all hierarchical levels. This position reports directly to the SVP.

Your mission:

  • Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy, roadmap, and OKRs.
  • Ensure SVP’s priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
  • Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees, townhalls, conferences).
  • Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
  • Lead and support global projects and CC governance.
  • Facilitate department direction committees and oversee internal communication.
  • Drive team engagement through meetings, offsites, and events.

Requirements

And you?

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent level of English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in creating high-level presentations and reports.
  • Experience in driving team engagement and overseeing communications.
