About you

Diabolocom is looking for a new talent to lead the Project Team, at the very heart of our innovation process.

At Diabolocom, you will:

- Lead and manage a team of 10+ Project Managers responsible for delivering our cloud contact center and AI services.

- Organize the scaling of the team, particularly by integrating proprietary AI products and enhancing delivery and consulting on AI solutions.

- Synchronize, prioritize, and ensure the delivery of the team’s activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

- Take proactive steps to ensure knowledge and succesful strategies are effectively shared across all project managers and departements

- Promote strong collaboration with other teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Product, to drive process improvements.

- Ensure best practices so that customers utilize our solutions efficiently, with a focus on key customers for close follow-up.

What we are looking for:

- Engineering School Degree

- 6+ years' Project Management experience in a web/telecom environment

- Excellent oral and written communication in French and English

- Strong interest or motivation in management

- Experience in the CCaaS sector is a big plus
