The Strategy Advancement, Principal accelerates ideation and development of LTSS strategic plans and supports program transformation that maximize member outcomes and health plan performance. They promote cross functional strategic initiatives using data and trend analysis and quality improvements, establishing long range goals, objectives, and plans. The Strategy Advancement, Principal is an experienced healthcare strategist with broad, advanced technical experience who will lead multi-disciplinary teams to design, define and deliver innovative health solutions. The Strategy Advancement, Principal will be adept at evaluating and deploying contemporary digital health products to support people with complex health and social needs.
