We are looking for a Senior Director of Product to join our B2C team

In our B2C division, we continuously invest in new and existing marketing channels, including paid, organic, and social. This is an exciting time for digital intelligence as the industry is fundamentally disrupted by all players in the ecosystem, including brands, retailers, publishers, and marketing distribution channels. Our solutions help advertisers, publishers, PPC managers, and marketing executives effectively evaluate their advertising spend and utilize these budgets across various ad formats, cadences, and spend levels to connect with their audiences. We provide them with the intelligence tools to benchmark, plan, research, evaluate, and track their campaigns across channels.

Our B2C division operates with a startup mindset, moving fast, thinking big, and building long-term offerings to fuel the next growth engines.

So, what will you be doing all day?

In summary, your role is to lead, guide, and mentor a few diverse teams while driving innovative product development and ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics. The essence of this special role is to lead multiple companies in different verticals and steering them towards success.

• Take ownership of the product, guide and mentor team members, and foster a culture of proactive leadership.
• Plan, prioritize, and define features and data models to realize the product vision, ensuring high team velocity and effective resource use.
• Drive the product development process from discovery through prototyping, design, development, and deployment, with continuous iterations.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, big data engineers, full-stack developers, UX designers, product managers, product marketers, and various business stakeholders.
• Design offerings that support multiple delivery methods across web and apps, performance marketing, research, demand analysis, and API technology.

• Has B2C experience:At least 5 years in the B2C sector, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfort with ambiguity and a methodical approach to work are essential.
• At least 5 years of hands-on work as a Senior Product Manager or leading multiple development teams, especially with data and full-stack engineering teams to create successful products or complex features.
• Familiarity with digital advertising technologies, performance metrics, popular ad technologies, and common advertising channels.
• Capable of closely partnering with R&D, product design, and business teams, and enjoys working directly with data.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and bring focus to the product development process and team.
• Strong skills in working with and aligning multiple stakeholders across the organization and comfortable with regular challenges.
