As part of the Client Incentive Operations (CIO) team, you will play a pivotal role in determining the accounting treatment of incentives in line with US GAAP, ensuring compliance with contractual terms of Client Agreements.
You will manage lifecycle events associated with client contracts, such as applying financial models to incentive accruals, processing payments, overseeing contract renewals, and analysing any contingent liability clauses.
You will be working with a dynamic team responsible for clients across the UK and Europe within the broader Revenue function of the Visa Europe Controllership team.
This role requires collaboration and engagement with several teams including Client Incentive Market Specialists, Finance Business Partners, Account Executives, and Deal Modelling teams.
As we invest further to enhance our back-office processes, you will support projects aimed at developing best practices for Visa Europe and ensuring global alignment.
