Position: Full-stack / Backend Engineer

Location: London, UK - This role is 100% on-site

Salary: Up to $190k, depending on experience

Equity: Generous equity package

Key Skills:

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, AWS, Docker (optional). Experience with other Python frameworks like Flask/Django or proficiency in node/golang backends is also welcome.
• Frontend: Next.js / React, TypeScript.
• LLMs: Fundamental knowledge of embeddings, RAG, vector databases, etc.

We seek a strong backend engineer with solid infra/devops skills. However, as we are in the early stages, we are open to a versatile "generalist" who can impress us. You will be our third engineering hire, owning our backend business logic and architecture. You will also play a crucial role in shaping our team culture, working closely with the founders.
