What is the opportunity?

RBCx Ventures is hiring a Senior Solution Architect! In this role, you will work across all the technical teams involved in RBCx Ventures. We are looking for expert technologists who will help guide the next generation of ventures technology in software development and architecture. You will work closely with the Ventures teams in helping to implement enterprise software development standards, architectures, and act as a liaison with enterprise teams. Guided by your passion for technology, you will help technical teams succeed and push their ventures to the next level.

What will you do?

• Work with an dedicated team of Engineers to help determine technical architecture, strategy, and direction for RBCx Ventures.
• Help guide ventures engineering teams on difficult projects with technical advice or hands-on development.
• Identify, implement, and monitor best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice in the use of software technologies
• Be the technical voice of RBCx Ventures within the greater enterprise, bringing awareness, alignment and opportunities for greater integration.
