• Review the PO sourcing report to ensure the Items are being sourced from the correct new buy
• Coordinate with 3PL / WCS / BU team in regard to the daily delivery
• Operational performance and quarterly business review
• Reviewing 3PL invoices
• Preparing of the monthly Warehouse accrual report
• Regular operational review and meeting with the 3PL
• Discuss and resource operational issues with the 3PL
• Handling complaints issue from the customers ( lost, damages, etc..)
• Work daily with the 3PL to ensure the smooth daily operation is taking place.
• Perform system training for the 3PL
• Manage 3PL system access and login
• Review the inventory adjustment requests and once approved perform the adjustment in SMC
• Make sure the Splus to SMC daily inventory is accurate
