The role

What will you be doing?

Strategic Accounts Team Lead
Location: Home based, occasional travel to London, Basingstoke, Dorking and client/broker meetings

Unum UK are looking for a proactive Team Leader to join our Strategic Accounts team. You will pay a crucial role in managing a junior team of Account Executives, through consistent coaching and development.

As well as developing your team, you will also be responsible for the collaboration with Account Managers, to build relationships and provide proactive support to intermediaries.

The primary focus is on delivering exceptional broker interaction, leading to new business generation, block growth and retention of existing business. You will do this through promoting our unique proposition and value add within the broker community.
