Design Engineering Head

• We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate senior engineering leader to join our growing team in the Cadence IPG group in Nanjing, China.
• The incumbent would be responsible for leading the entire local engineering team of 120+ engineers in their roadmap of IP Development and Design Services for local China customers.
• This a multi-disciplinary team consisting of analog, digital, and silicon validation skills with a strong track record of delivering quality complex projects while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
• The candidate would work with local sales team to support pre-sales activities, and with corporate leadership and local team to plan, execute, and deliver an exciting roadmap of IP.
• This would also be supported by design services work for integration of Cadence IP in SOCs for local China customers.
• This is a rare opportunity to take over the leadership of a high performing strategic team and continue to expand and grow its scope and impact on the company.
