Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Leads segment marketing - Owns marketing roadmap & calendar, account for ROI & budget targets
• Oversees execution excellence of functional marketing pillars – e.g., digital assets owns Maxis biz webpage, online store & biz hub, content marketing, digital & performance marketing, event marketing
• Consolidate leads across sources – e.g., insights & analytics team from product, segment leads and ensure lead quality in the funnel; allocate / orchestrate engagement with leads across mix of channels e.g., tele-sales, hunters etc.
• Govern contact rules across segment and channels, prioritize campaigns / comms from different product, sales ops teams
• Manage a pooled team of technical marketing specialists (with strong platform / marketing channel expertise) to implement & launch marketing campaigns; where team is organized by types of marketing channels – e.g., digital assets (social media, Maxis Business website and digital apps) , digital & performance marketing, content marketing etc.
• Manager the team that curates and executes exhibition content at Maxis Business Innovation Centre @ Menara Maxis for top-to-tops
