Associate Director

Job Description

The Associate Director of US Oncology Marketing Strategic Operations and Business Planning will report to the Director of US Oncology Marketing, Strategic Operations and Business Planning. This role will have significant responsibility across the US Oncology Franchise including working with senior leadership and business unit colleagues to shape and execute strategic business operations including AGILE -e.g., QBR/TBRs and, also support the execution of other broader operating model initiatives for the franchise. The individual will also be a member of a team responsible for short- and long-range strategic business planning efforts across the business unit and may support other business planning efforts including management of our launch tracker, investment planning and prioritization efforts.

Key Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

• Support efforts to manage and execute the business unit’s BU Marketplace (QBR/TBRs), including capturing learnings and impact results.
