Working with financial crime prevention in Saxo, you will take part in our continuous efforts to fight financial crime globally by analysing, create, and perform data and reporting on the matter to ensure a high level of standards for how we assess risks and implement controls ensuring our business is compliant with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.

The AML program is part of 1st Line of defence in Group Operations and located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are currently a team of fire dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and experience. The responsibility of the program team is to ensure progress on the Financial Crime Prevention globally across Saxo.

As our Financial Crime Prevention Data & Reporting Lead at Saxo, you will lead and work in a small team and play a crucial role in delivering reporting and data across the Financial Crime Prevention organisation. Together with great colleagues you will contribute to building a future proof foundation for Financial Crime Prevention at Saxo.

On a high-level, we work with a wide variety of tasks within the financial crime space requiring in-depth understanding of money-laundering-, tax evasion-, sanctions-, adverse media-, and terrorist financing risks. It is important that you can communicate across organisational levels and seniorities, and that you are able to translate our ways of working into relatable training material on both a non-technical and technical level.

Responsibilities

This position offers a great opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and priorities and shape the position depending on your knowledge, experience, and organisational priorities.

These are some of the key tasks, but the specific responsibilities may vary depending on organisational needs and your profile:

• Support learning and development activities in general with the focus on reporting and data
• Support leaders in navigating organisational change, providing guidance on change management and leadership alignment
• Play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted and scalable reporting
• Evaluate and improve the data quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Financial Crime Prevention reporting setup which will cater for the entire organisation

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague to join our program, comprised of engaged and talented individuals. A colleague who cannot wait to contribute to deliver on a wide range of tasks and contribute to our collective success.

• You have experience with business management reporting
• You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position- leading a team
• You enjoy working independently, as well as together with colleagues in the team and across the organisation and you take an active role in teamwork.
• You can demonstrate the ability to seamlessly integrate into diverse project teams
• You have experience from working in a global organisation and are fluent in both written and spoken English. You are used to working in the MS Office suite.
• If you have experience from working with reporting in Financial Crime Prevention in the financial industry it is an advantage.
