Responsibilities:
• Spearhead special projects within the space of Distributor Management, Sari-Sari Store Operations, and MSME Acquisition from ideation to implementation.
• Engage with Product, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and other Sales Clusters to identify synergies and opportunities for cross-functional engagements in the Distributive Trade and SME space.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate and analyze issues and opportunities in Distributor Management and MSME acquisition operations and governance; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.
• Develop, launch, and implement new policies and operational workflows – in collaboration with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Governance Teams
• Establish standardized policies and practices for Distributor Management and MSME Acquisition and ensure that these are cascaded...
